Red and White Color Inspiration
The newest installment in my Color Inspiration series is Red and White! One of my favorite combinations! I love a good bright redand what better to compliment the bold red than a bright crisp white!!!!
And while red and white stripes DO remind me of candy canes, this outfit feels like summer! It makes me want to take a sunset cruise on a catamaran!
The bow detail on the back of this Elevenses Red blazer from Anthropologie always makes me smile. Especially when its paired with a fun red and white striped t-shirt like this one from Amazon! White cropped jeans from Talbot’s, and Giani Bini nautical shoes with bows.
A fresh white button down shirt and bright red pants are the perfect pick me up! A great Monday back to work outfit!

Red and white Gingham will always make me think of picnics and BBQ’s pair with jeans, denim shorts, or even a skirt! It is a great summer wardrobe staple!

This T-Shirt is an image from “White Tulip” the 18th episode of the second season of the American science fiction drama series Fringe.
The brand tag just says Fringe. I found it on Poshmark and fell in love with it immediately! I was a big fan of that show! Poshmark is a great place to find fun throwback t-shirts from old TV shows and movies that you can’t easily find in retail stores!
Maxi skirts are another wardrobe staple for me. Even in Florida I tend to get chilly when we go into restaurants and shops with the AC blasting, having my legs covered can be nice…I am also a mosquito magnet and this keeps me from getting bit, or having to apply a lot of insect repellent to my legs.
This a.n.a brand palm tree tee was found at City Thrift in Daytona Beach, and the Bobeau brand red maxi skirt is from Poshmark. I am always attracted to a nice Palm tree print! Topped off with a classic denim jacket from Calvin Klein.
This was a fall outfit in Florida. Denim jackets are an item I like to have in several staple colors, for me that is white, red and classic blue.
The Red and cream color combination always seems to up the classiness level a little bit from the basic white. These cream wide leg pants from the Limited are so comfortable, and the gold and cream necklace brings a nice touch of sparkle!
